• Cells
• Medium - 30+ C
• Frozen cells - ice box -150C Dobeš lab
• Falcon - 5ml medium, vial with cells - thaw, mix pipette
• Centrifuge 4 min , suck supernatant
• Resuspend pellet in 1 ml medium, pipette on plate
• Vial - info about original plate size

Suck medium with dead cells, wash with pbs, add new medium
